Gallery directors Kathleen Clark and Nan Oshin have long considered the idea of creating an exhibition space together. With backgrounds bridging the editorial and fine art worlds, their exhibitions will feature contemporary photography on a bimonthly basis. “We’re very excited to be presented with the opportunity to bring together exhibits around outstanding, emerging and established photographers, and equally thrilled to have the chance to collaborate with The Icon in this endeavor”.

            Kathleen Clark was the Photo Editor of Los Angeles Magazine and LA Weekly, an adjunct faculty member in the Photography Departments at USC and Art Center College of Design, and Artistic Director at The Woman’s Building. Nan Oshin has an extensive art direction and design career, for numerous magazines including the Los Angeles Times Sunday Magazine, San Francisco Focus Magazine and GQ Magazine. Additionally she served as a long time faculty member in the photography department at Art Center College of Design, as well as that department’s co-chair for three years.
